This notice covers the website dd.baklyset.no and signing in to the service at each customer's own address under dd.baklyset.no. The controller for the website is Baklyset AS, org. no. 935 977 444.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or trackers, and loads nothing from other hosts. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server.
Server logs
The web server keeps ordinary access logs: IP address, time, the page requested and the browser used. They are used for operations and security, and are deleted automatically after two weeks.
Signing in to the service
Signing in to Baklyset Due Diligence uses one cookie that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one that lasts a few minutes while you sign in with your organisation's single sign-on or a passkey. They are necessary for signing in to work and are used for nothing else. Your choice of light or dark theme, and which explanations you have collapsed, are stored in the browser. There is no tracking and no analytics.
The cases in the service, including what is collected about the companies reviewed, are processed under the data processing agreement and its Due Diligence addendum. The data processing agreement, the Due Diligence addendum and a description of our security measures are available on request.
